Measurement Expert for Photovoltaic products and systems (m/f)

Odersun offers a unique technology to address the specific requirements to integrate Photovoltaic into the building industry (BiPV). To exploit this technology and to develop a competitive roadmap Odersun is seeking for motivated and experienced Measurement Expert for Photovoltaic solutions. Ideally you have a strong history in setting up and running measurement series for the photovoltaic market either at a certification institute, supplier of PV solutions or a project house.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of concepts for measuring the technical parameters for PV-modules and PV-systems including inverters
• Support of product development and certification activities according to IEC61646 and IEC61730
• Specification for test-fields and measurement series and analysis and documentation of the respective results
• Development of application specific optimized system configurations
• Assessment of supplier components
• Interface to certified measurement houses, certification institutes and suppliers

Qualification:

• Engineering degree in the area of electrical engineering
• Several years experience in applied measurement techniques for the PV-market
• Solid know how regarding PV-modules, inverters and PV systems especially in the area of
  VDE100, VDE0105-100, VDE 0100-712 and VDE 0185-305
• Experience regarding EMV – RL 2004/108/EG, with focus on buildings would be a plus.

In addition we expect: Creativity, independent and universal thinking, quality consciousness, scientific approach to resolve issues, customer oriented thinking, fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
