Odersun’s technology offers an unprecedented variety of optical and technical design options for solar modules, enabling customer specific solutions for the conversion of solar energy to power in the building envelope.

With fully integrated manufacturing we ensure the required flexibility in the production process which results in our ability to meeting the architects requirements for modern building. We can vary depending on the respective project our modules in size, shape, material, design and electrical parameters.

Product Manager (m/f) (Location: Berlin)

As product manager you will hold the worldwide technical and commercial responsibility for Odersun’s product portfolio targeting the Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) market. Based on the company’s unique technology and strategy you will define the product roadmap and secure its economical implementation.

Tasks:
• - Detailed market analysis on a product and system level
• Definition and implementation of the product roadmap and system-solution
• Develop detailed business plans
• Define and implement collateral and tooling strategy
• Technical sales and customer training
• Drive cooperation with customers/partners

Qualification:
• - Engineering degree in the area of Architectural, Construction, Electrical Engineering
• You have at least 5 years experience in managing complex products and solutions for the B2B market preferably in the building (facade) or solar industry
• Solid technical background which you can combine with a good commercial understanding
• You are fluent in English and German and potentially another European language.

In addition we expect: Creativity, independent and universal thinking, quality consciousness, scientific approach to resolve issues, customer oriented thinking.
