We can vary depending on the respective project our modules in size, shape, material, design and electrical parameters.

Architect Consultant for Solar Façades (BiPV) international m/f

Tasks:
• Develop partnerships to position Odersun offering within architectural firms, engineering and construction companies
• Work closely with the Product Marketing team, to develop the “BiPV Story” and the right consultative selling approach (products, prices, promotional material, sales channel…)
• Develop communication packages & training plans for façade consultants/engineers and architects.
• The “One Odersun Face” in front of the customer. Establish ongoing relationships with business leaders, ensure internal teams alignment and “One Odersun Offer” packaging Technical sales and customer training
• Support execution of events highlighting Odersun and partnership accomplishments and efforts

Qualification:
• - Engineering degree or experience in the construction industry
• You have at least 5 years minimum experience in sales role with international exposure. Track record for driving growth and generating new customers
• Good knowledge of the key players in the construction industry (technologies, engineering, electro-mechanical, architectural firms & builders)
• Able to interface with both internal team members and external partners as part of a solutions-based process
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Proactive, self-directed, creative, strategic thinking and able to implement plan via a well thought out process
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill
• Must be fluent in English & at least two other European languages
• Open to travel extensively
• Prior experience working in the glazing industry
• Able to learn new industries, customers and technologies and translate value to customers
