For the BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) market ODERSUN offers a unique technology platform which allows providing customized, aesthetic and highly efficient Solar solutions for the building market. To increase our market footprint we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated sales individual to address the Central and Northern European countries.

Responsibility:
As sales manager you will be responsible to develop the European market for photovoltaic products targeting the the Building market (BIPV) via OEM partners or specific projects. You will develop long term relationships with the decision makers at all levels at the accounts and understand their commercial requirements. You work closely with the different divisions at Odersun to develop the customer specific PV solutions based on Odersun’s unique capabilities. You will be the main interface towards the customer and will manage from first contact to final project closure all aspects of the individual engagement. You will be stationed for the first 3-6 months at the Odersun office in Berlin and later in one of the target countries if desired.

Know-how and experience:
You hold an engineering (architectural, construction, electrical) or commercial degree and you have at least 5 years experience selling complex products and solutions into the B2B market preferably in the building (facade) or solar industry. You are experienced to handle complex sales projects and drive them towards closure. You are customer oriented and are able to develop long term relationships at all levels at the accounts. You are result driven with excellent social skills and well connected in the industry. You are fluent in English and one other European language. German in addition would be helpful.
